Shipping & Delivery
Shipping QuestionsStandard orders are handled in 1–3 business days. Custom orders take 3–5 business days to process before dispatch. Transit time is 4–5 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking email once dispatched. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
No, we ship only in USA.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price paid to Nexora Clergys. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
Return QuestionsYou have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full conditions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
Custom and personalised orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your custom item has a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing. Contact us immediately at support@nexoraclergys.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Payments & Orders
Payment QuestionsWe accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are protected with bank-level SSL encryption.
Yes. All payments on nexoraclergys.com are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Your financial information is handled exclusively by our certified payment processors.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). If you are ordering from outside the USA, your bank or payment provider will convert the charge to your local currency at their applicable exchange rate.
