Damaged Item

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact and included.
  • The item is not a custom, personalised, or made-to-order product.
  • The item is not marked as a final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalised vestments made to your specifications — unless defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Items returned beyond the 14-day return window.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Gift cards and store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps to get started:

Contact Our Support Team

Email us at support@nexoraclergys.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Instructions

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorisation and the correct return address from your nearest warehouse.

Pack & Ship Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Timeline

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the credit in your account — typically 3–7 business days after we issue the refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to process an exchange for a different size or colour where stock is available. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@nexoraclergys.com within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions listed above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Nexora Clergys cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@nexoraclergys.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
