We process every order with care. Below are our standard timeframes from the moment your order is placed to the moment it arrives at your door.

Transit Time

Handling time begins on the next business day after your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Custom Orders

For custom or personalised clergy vestments, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for handling. Our artisans ensure every detail is precisely crafted before dispatch. Custom orders are non-cancellable once production begins.

Nexora Clergys operates warehouses across four regions to ensure the fastest possible delivery to you. Depending on the availability of your ordered product, your shipment may be dispatched from the nearest warehouse.

The warehouse from which your order ships is determined automatically based on stock availability and your delivery location. You will always receive a tracking number regardless of which warehouse fulfils your order.

This store is a sister project of SAMAH Leathers. Our global fulfilment network is shared across both brands to ensure the highest service levels.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

All transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays. Nexora Clergys is not responsible for delays outside our control once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Free Shipping

We periodically offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed on our website and at checkout during the relevant promotion period.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee paid to Nexora Clergys.

  • We are unable to predict or calculate customs charges in advance as they vary by country.
  • Nexora Clergys is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
  • Refusing delivery due to customs charges does not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.
  • We declare all shipments at their accurate commercial value. We do not under-declare or misrepresent shipment contents.

Order Tracking & Issues

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your dispatch email.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or resolution.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of order. Nexora Clergys cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address corrections after dispatch may not always be possible and may incur additional carrier fees.
