How Order Tracking Works

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link.
• Allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to activate on the carrier's site.
• You can also enter your order number and email above to check status directly.
• Standard orders ship in 3–5 business days after processing; express orders in 1–2 business days. See our Shipping Policy.

Can't find your tracking info, or something looks wrong? Email support@nexoraclergys.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
